Following on from the success of their train-ticket keyring released in March, Burberry have announced a new addition to their B Series of Riccardo Tisci-designed accessories, with this new wallet/cardholder. Not unlike other recent controversial designs, like the Burberry hoodie that incorporates a noose around the neck, this Burberry accessory is a statement item, the statement here being that the owner doesn’t know how to handle money and has probably never been on a train before.

Whilst the wallet does look quite cool and is probably well made, trying to find a dropped train-ticket wallet on the floor sounds like a nightmare, and it’s almost certain that some rich stoner Burberry customer will be halfway through a zoot before realising it’s roached with a $355 wallet rather than an old train ticket.

If you want to get the look without denting your bank balance you can buy a day return ticket from London-Brighton for approx £15, then spend £1 of the £265 you’ve saved on some glue to stick your tickets together. This option also has the added bonus of a trip to Brighton, the UK’s gay capital, where Zoella and PewDiePie live, and Rizzle Kicks was formed.
